Digital Delivery Policy

1Digital service — no physical shipping

Your purchase provides online access to Build73 features, a subscription period, or credits recorded in your account.

• •No parcel, courier, postal, pickup, or physical delivery
• •Nothing is delivered to a street address
• •Use requires a Build73 account and internet access

2Delivery time and confirmation

Paid access or credits are delivered after we receive successful payment confirmation from the payment processor.

• •Delivery is normally immediate
• •You can verify delivery in your account balance or plan status
• •Pending, declined, or unconfirmed payments are not treated as completed orders

3Delivery fees

There is no delivery or shipping fee. The checkout total may include only the displayed service price and any tax or payment charge disclosed before confirmation.

4Exceptions and delays

A bank delay, payment review, processor outage, account mismatch, or technical incident may delay delivery. Do not repeat the purchase until support confirms the first order’s status.

5Delivery support

If access or credits do not appear after successful payment, email support@build73.com with your account email, order date, amount, and transaction reference. Never send a full card number or CVV.
