Build73 supplies digital SaaS access and credits. This policy explains eligibility, cancellation, and the procedure for requesting and receiving a refund, including card refunds processed through TBC Bank.
1Refund Eligibility
Subject to applicable law, you may request a refund within 14 days after purchase when one of the following applies:
✓Less than 10% of the purchased credits or paid service allowance has been used
✓A technical problem attributable to Build73 materially prevented use of the paid service
✓The payment was duplicated or the charged amount did not match the confirmed order
✓Digital access or credits were not delivered after successful payment confirmation
2Non-Refundable Items
A refund may be declined, except where mandatory law requires otherwise, for:
✗Credits or paid allowances that have been substantially used (10% or more)
✗Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
✗Promotional, bonus, complimentary, or expired benefits
✗Unused time remaining after a subscription cancellation outside the refund window
3How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:
1.Email support@build73.com from your account email address
2.Provide the order date, amount, plan or pack, and TBC Bank transaction or order reference
3.Describe the reason and any delivery or technical issue; never send a full card number or CVV
4.We normally acknowledge the request within 1–3 business days and may ask for information needed to verify it
4Refund Processing
If approved, a card refund is submitted through TBC Bank to the original card, normally within 5–10 business days. Your card issuer may need additional time to post it. Other payment methods are refunded through the original payment channel where possible. We will confirm the decision by email.
5Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription through available account controls or by emailing support@build73.com before the next billing date. Upon cancellation:
•Future renewals stop after cancellation is processed
•Access continues until the end of the already-paid period
•Cancellation alone does not create a partial refund for unused time
•Eligible refund requests remain governed by the 14-day conditions above and applicable law
